Bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey from 1st Class. I couldn't be happier. This was by far the best automobile buying experience I have ever had. Unlike every other dealer I have dealt with, Daniel just gave us the facts with no pressure, explained their inventory and selling philosophy and gave us time to decide. We drove from Columbus to Cleveland to look at the vehicles, drove two different vans and decided on one. There was no trotting off to see the Sales Manager and leaving us sit--just direct answers and advice. I appreciate that they valued my time, didn't try to "sell" us and were efficient and helpful. It took 10 minutes to write up the paperwork and 10 minutes to sign the papers. I am extremely happy we found 1st Class Imports and I highly recommend them.
