Came in, was quoted 180 dollar service fee on part that cost 30 dollars and minimal effort to replace, was told fine by two, came back to find worker eating at the counter while my part had been in for an hour, (which he didn't know had came in) and then went to work, only when I was on premises. Repair took all of four minutes with the procedure they quoted being unnecessary, so it wasn't 180 but was overall a scattered and unsatisfactory process due to wait times and what seemed like lackadaisical timing. Total ended up being 180 something dollars for a replace job that didn't take 2 hours to complete
