Friendly? No. Knowledgeable? Sure, if it's a glock 19... Come here if you already know the answers to your questions. Had my firearm ffl transferred here from Buds. Called and asked how much ffl transfer cost - $25. Showed up today - it's $30. No phone call when firearm arrived. Had to call them at the end of the day and ask if they had it (FedEx tracking #, I know it hit their door early in the day) to which they said "O, yeah, it's here". Look elsewhere for better service if that's important to you
