Found the supplier on the web on a Sunday afternoon, and emailed them a question. I received a reply within a few minutes, and we traded a couple additional emails. I ordered the unit that same day (Sunday). Received an immediate email order confirmation. Unit was shipped and arrived on Tuesday (company is in my local area). Emails were courteous and professional. Very prompt service. Website requests information on your water hardness so they can preprogram the unit. Company rep sent me an email that the hardness number I obtained from my county water office does not account for minerals picked up from the distribution lines, and I was told they were upping the programmed hardness value to compensate. Great attention to detail. Unit came with simple instructions and was adequately packaged. The unit pricing was very competitive. Unlike other companies i researched where they list a package price with little information on the resin, this company provides an option to use either American or offshore sourced resin. My dealings with this company have been very positive. Based upon pricing, I suspect the profit margin is low, but this company made it easy to do business. I'm an engineer, and I did my homework to understand what I was buying. If you are comfortable doing basic plumbing and can install the unit yourself, this is good way to go. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
