It didn't seem to matter if I was trying to obtain an appointment through the E. Waterloo or Stow location, appointment times never seemed to be available. The last time I spoke with a lady by phone, she became quite hostile in her tone, and made it a point to inform me three times that she WAS the office manager, when I asked to speak with a supervisor.
One things for sure, I believe that there are many other physicians and staff out there that are in their line of work because they truly enjoy helping people, and not helping pad their wallets. I already found just that physician and staff at another location just down the road in Stow, Oh. Imagine that!
