Late this past Friday evening during our "breaking records" heat wave, our condenser stopped working. I spoke to the answering service for All Knight and within a short time April called back. When I told her how my elderly father was on hospice at home now, she said she'd do her best to see if she could get a technician out. Jaime came and quickly found that the capacitor wasn't working. He replaced the part and we were cooling rapidly again! All Knight has consistently come through every time, and we've been more than pleased since we purchased our Trane system through them.
