MUST READ TO END ITS BAD! 1st off I will say I hate to write reviews but this 1 had to be done..I have been here 3 or 4 times so far..all were decent except 1 time they let me prepare for oral surgery n IV sedation get a driver d/t the sedation meds n a babysitter for my 2yr old just to tell me IV sedation Dr didn't come in that day..thx for the call but I still got local anesthetic n went thru with some root canals n fillings..not a problem other than they gave me 2 extra shots in front upper which is the worse n almost did work on my front teeth that I wasn't supposed to be having but I stopped them.thank goodness I was under local n not general anesthesia..fillings hold well so far..good cust service so far but then it comes time for the oral surgery on thur..ok other than the 1st not wearing gloves while putting my iv in n me remembering even with the IV sedation them pulling me out of my seat to get the wisdom out it seemed all good..go home in some decent pain but friday so much better barely had to take pain meds..sat rolls around n it's bad..i know something is wrong since I had 4 teeth taken out n 3 were healing fine but my bottom wisdom had my whole head n that sides ear neck n face in severe pain..ok so I'm rinsing n not using straw n all the stuff they said to but again sun I'm in so much pain I'm getting emotional which i have a high pain tolerance..i was in labor 3 days b4 i finally called dr..anyways I can't think straight..im in a fog..im less tolerant with my 2 yr old..im a mess so I had to get a look..i feel a decent sized chunk of tooth sticking up from my gum up against the next tooth..i can tell it won't let hole close like the other 3 n is the entire reason for this pain so i call monday..they say oh it's prob just a bony wall just do a walk-in b4 2 since they have no appts til the following week..i remind them I'm 2 hrs away n they said just come in when my bf has his scheduled appt next mon so won't make trip for no reason..next day tue I call back since I took a pic n verified to myself it was indeed a tooth not bony wall n by this time from hole not closing around tooth dry socket is setting in n the pain is unbearable..im like semi-suicidal I was sayin cuz I felt like bashing my face off a wall..so they say be here at 1130 next morn wed..at no fault to them I blow out a tire on way spend 3hrs waiting on AAA to send right truck n get new tire blah blah blah..so $200 later im 20 min from em they say if i get there by 315 they will see me..im so gracious n thank em a million times..get there n my daughter scrapes knee on side walk so the awesome dental assistant which I wish I had a chance to tell her how well she did my fillings sat with me n my daughter dealing with her knee n listening to my crazy day n weekend in pain..another nice tech let me borrow her charger..i did get to thank her b4 leaving..so Dr looks in there n says I think we got some dry socket..i said yeah but also a piece of tooth..she says I don't think so n i said yes I know so..i show her the pic so she looks again she's still not convinced..i said get ur pick n hit it off it..thats tooth..she did.."Oh yeah ok I'm gonna numb u n get an xray..we'll get ya fixed up"..thank u jesus..not..so another lady sat down n said we got 2 choices.she says well the Dr that did ur surgery is on vaca so u can wait til next tue when he returns or u can wait for preauth for this Dr to do it..i said il wait..i got to get it out.she says well that can be 2-3weeks..i said no u already numbed me just grab it n take it out..they said no..i said I don't need no more meds just grab n pull..they wont..im getting loud they don't want other patients to hear..i want em to know they were neglecting me asking me ro suffer another wk..so I say if u don't I will go on fb live out front with ur logo in back n pull myself then go to an lawyer..they say u want a manager..duh...they bring the sherrif..he had 2 others n k9 out front to escort me off property..i drove 2hrs home still numb so pulled it myself..hole almost closed n barely any pain since out..ridiculous
