I was really hoping for a great experience from Dr. Arnstine, as his two locations (Solon and Shaker Hts.) fit perfectly into my commute. But this doctor was aggressive from the start. Condescending and pushy during my first consultation, even grabbing my purse and handing it to me while I was in the check-up chair. Followed by one of "his girls" taking my phone and programming his app into it. As I stood there, knowing full well, that this level of intrusion would lead to no next appointment. They're still calling and sending letters after one twenty minute consultation six months ago.
