The store itself isn’t fine. The associates are all stupid and not well trained and have no idea what they are doing. From the customer service desk, to the registry desk to the cashiers; they all a) were not competent ar their jobs and b) cared more about things around them/themselves/co workers than the customer. Example A: Conversation with the cashier: Me,”you didn’t give me the right chance back, you shorted me a dollar.” Cashier: “oh.” *dumb look on his face* Silence Cashier, “well do you want that dollar back?” Me “yes.” Cashier “well I guess I’ll have to get someone to open my drawer.” Silence, cashier with a dumb look on his face. Me “okay, then please do that” 3 minutes later...I get my correct change back. I will never go back again.
