No joke, but when I asked my server, Tyler, if I could have my bacon crispy, he said, "I'll let them know, but I can't guarantee it will be crispy." When asked why, I was told it depends on if the kitchen wants to or not. He said, "If they're busy, they are NOT going to take the time to make the food the way you want it.".....WHAT?! I appreciate the honesty, Tyler, buy c'mon man...you don't need to work at a place like this. I won't be back unless I'm out of options.
