Bartender made 2 shots for my friends. While they went to the restroom I watched her place them on bar and take money. She continued to clean bar. My friends came back with no shots or change on bar and it was last call so she wouldn't refund or give shots back. I was not drinking. No one else around me to take the money or shots but her.
