I absolutely love Dr Stotz, the NPs, and the nurses, but the front office is horrible. They don't send out appointment reminders, they charge you if you miss an appointment, the hold music is brutal (and you'll listen to it a LOT), and they'd rather chat to each other than help the people in front of them. Coupled with the fact that the office has no testing equipment, you'll spend a bunch of money on secondary appointments with nobody who seems to care about it.
