Bella Bleu's had some initial growing pains, but they are on a role and by far the best restaurant in the area and beyond. Rita is extraordinary in that she makes sure your event is beyond your expectations. And their Chef Dan is the Lebron James of amazing food preparation. The food is fresh, beautiful on the plate and a delight to the palate. Chef Michael adds his own unique touch to make your lunch, dinner, brunch or event a joyful experience. Be prepared to relax, as it does take some time, but it is always worth the wait. (And no one can make kale taste as good as these chefs do.) The restaurant itself is unique and comfortable. You will find yourself walking around just to see the design and decoration. We had our parents' 65th wedding anniversary here, flying 21 people in from various parts of the country. They RAVED about the food, place and Rita's attention to detail. One suggestion if you plan your special event here. Iron out all the details well ahead of time and be very clear on what you want.
