I was over charged at least $35 they charged me for an alignment check that should have been free.
said a part was bad that doesn't exist on my car.
I purchased a set of 4 tires from belle tire in July of 2015. It included many extras including free alignment checks. I had a tire blowout due to a pothole and purchased a new tire. I also had purchased a set of tires for my suburban one of those needed a flat fix as well.
I was told I had some sort of prorate on my blown tire, a discount.
It was close to closing time when my car was done.
The tech guy called my name and I said is it all
better he said no not at all. He proceeded to explain how my upper control was so lose they couldn't tighten or adjust something.
I was worried as this is my go to work car.
I waited at least ten minutes after I asked him for a price to fix it.
He could not find the part, WHY because that part isn't on my car. I looked at GM schematics myself and didn't see it either
I took the car to AAA on my next day off just to be sure, and was told and showed that there isn't anything wrong with my car.
I think they were trying to rip me off worse than they already did.
