Best Buy

My husband called the store asking about a specific product. The girl that answered verified that it was the Lancaster location we had reached and said they 20-30 of the product we were looking for. And verified 4-6 times that it was the same product we were looking for. We drove an hour to get there (closest location to us) to find out they don't sell that product there and were told "Sorry we cant help you." Hands down worst experience I've had with Best Buy.
