I have had a great time learning the practice of yoga these past three months! I came to Bexley Yoga the first week it opened in early December with very little yoga experience. From the beginning, I have been hooked! The instructors are encouraging and supportive, and I have been impressed with how much they have helped me in positively developing my practice. It is evident that the owners, Nikki and Amy, as well as all the instructors truly love what they do and want to make yoga an accessible and positive experience for all of their students. I started off with the Tuesday evening "Very Basic" yoga class the first few weeks, but quickly have been able to take advantage of others (Vinyasa Flow level 1-2, Restorative, the Core class, and First Friday Madonna class in February). The studio space itself is warm and inviting, and the location is convenient (corner of Drexel and Main) with great parking either on the street in front of the studio or in the lot just behind the building. Bexley Yoga is truly a gem in our neighborhood. I would encourage anyone to try yoga there--you won't be sorry!
