Should be 1 star because of the service but the guys that came to install our new furnace were hard workers & did a good job so I gave them a star. Trying to get someone back out to finish duct work has been impossible even though they have our money. No response from management. Same old run around every time we call. What happens if we needed a service call? We'll look elsewhere for a reliable company.
