Incredibly impressed. I was nervous and completely stressed out going in there. Every single person I talked to was kind, sympathetic, and nonjudgmental. Dr. Romero was sincere. He pressed me on making sure I was taking care of my emotional health as well as my physical health. Every nurse had a smile for me. What was a really bad day and a dreaded experience turned into a positive due to the care these professionals obviously have for their patients. Beyond the stellar care, the facility was as relaxing as possible. It was clean, had upbeat music, and a tv in the exam room to calm nerves while waiting. 10/5 stars.
