Quoted one price on the phone then charged my credit card 4X that because "there was an error in their system." I worked with them to resolve the problem. We agreed to an arrangement where I would only lose a couple hundred dollars instead of a couple thousand. Turns out that was a lie and they never refunded what they said they would.
