Everyday I'm reminded of what a horrible job they did on our hardwood floors. They claim to have done them 4 times . They won't make it right. We will have to hire someone to redo our floors again if we ever sell our house. Hire them for the remediation BUT NOTHING ELSE! run away as fast as you can if you have hardwood floors. Stupid us!

horrible company if you're expecting to actually get your house fixed after flood damage. My mother tried calling them for months after they quoted her a price and setup fixing her basement and they ignored her and kept saying that the parts were on order.. This was back in mid Dec of last year... she has YET to have them actually come and fix her basement. Finally last weekend, I went over there and got rid of her moldy carpet and will have to install the flooring for her. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. BEWARE.
