We've been living at lake club for 6 months now and it has been a horrible experience. In July our brand new refrigerator went out and we lost all of our food and then went 5 days before they got us a new one. Our hot water heater went out, our neighbors hot water heater broke and it all leaked into our apartment, 36 tires got slashed, a girl shot herself in her car and never once on any of this have we or any other resident gotten a letter to explain what's going or that they have added security. We have a brand new hot water heater and every month we have a note on the door that they need to do maintenance on it which means we need to lock up our very cranky cat and then they just don't show up to do the maintenance without calling but by leaving another note on the door that it will be done on a different day. I have never lived in a place that is so unorganized and the staff could truly care less about their tenants. I've spoke with a very nice man at their corporate offices but I see nothing has changed with the on site office and probably won't.
