I was hesitant from the get go b/c this wasn't in a traditional office setting. Charlene informed me in advance not to come to the door until my appointment time so I did not interrupt her current session. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, my children and I waited in our car as directed. 7 minutes AFTER the start of my appointment time and I still had not seen anyone leave from the residence so I decided to go knock on the door. When she answered the door she was very rude stating "I told you not to knock on my door until my other client leaves". I explained to her that it was 7 minutes past the start of my appointment time and at this time she repeated herself and closed the door in my face. What a horrible first impression! I am a single mother. I left work early to fight traffic and get to my appointment on time. Very unprofessional. Needless to say my children and I left and will not be returning. I will also be reaching out to Childrens Hospital who recommended her to me to make them aware of how unprofessional she was.
