Cicis

First time visitor at this location. Was super excited because we haven't had cicis in a long time. Unfortunately we left disappointed. Food, plates, and trash had been sitting on several tables for over 30 minutes. Food selection sucked. Tasted like it had either sat for too long or was under cooked. Only person who seemed polite and smiled was the front greeter. Will NOT return to this establishment again.
