The bank has zero ability to do the most basic general banking or answer questions. Advise against ever invoking LISA. She is really nasty.
This bank sucks completely. Like high school, but worse and you cry even more!
Plus Citizens including Lisa and her staff feel it's an acceptable practice to hang up on their customers, again more bratty high school antics.
I believe also that I've been discriminated against because I'm a disabled person. I believe that is the core reason I've had so much trouble at this bank. It's unfortunate and really disturbing that a bank would stoop this low in general and act this atrocious in general. I plan on filing a CFPB complaint regarding everything that has happened already. I want somebody at least to know how I've been treated on a regular basis by the staff here and bank in general.
It's been rough and nothing has been easy about any of it. Lisa needs to take it way down and stop being so confrontational, or at least realize that she is that way and acknowledge her own behavior at the very least. I'm so sorry I got involved with this nightmare bank.
I will say, Katina and Lydia seemed helpful initially, but unfortunately now, I'm getting the shaft and zero professionalism from anybody fixing the EXTENSIVE account problems that were created upon opening my account initially. I'm sorry I came here.

Had to file a case with the CFPB. Got nowhere with the actual bank. Thumbs down. Garbage half a s sed service with a frown.
