The office does not fill out preauthorization (PA) forms for the pharmacy for prescriptions issued by their own doctors. The office staff just throws the PA form away and claims they never received them, leaving the patient and pharmacy with out answers.
It took two months to straighten out my daughters prescription. If the office staff would have notified the pharmacy they received the PA but can not fill them out we could have handled the situation a little more timely
