Went early in the morning right after opening as this tends to be the less busy times. Needed drug screen, blood draw and mask fit test. Were a few people there but not overly busy as I am used to seeing Concentra in the afternoon/evening. Waited 1.5 HOURS before I was even called back. Finally called back. Additional 30 min later all they got through was a drug screen of me peeing in a cup. I had another appointment I had to make, so I had to leave without everything being completed. Everything should have been able to have been completed within 2 HOURS OR LESS. Came back same day in the afternoon. Waited another 30 MINUTES (would have been longer wait, but bc I had to leave after my 2 hours spent there in the AM they said they would place me at top of list when I returned). Was called back and finished what was not completed in the morning wait. This took an additional 30 minutes. So total time spent here was 3 HOURS, YES 3 hours! All my orders should have been completed within 30 minutes after have been called back from waiting area (I am a medical professional and this was more than reasonable allotment of time to complete needed tasks). Including wait time, I would have expected 1 hour for ok service, 2 hours for being slow (what I anticipated based on my past experiences with them) and my 3 HOUR WAIT AWFUL SERVICE!!! (not busy at this time, majority of waiting room EMPTY) This has been my 4th visit to this place and this location and it's been a horrible experience everytime. I'm forced to use this company by employer, not by choice. If I had a choice I'd pick another company to perform medical labs and needs.
