There is no communication from anyone on this team. We are buying and selling a home with Nia she never returns calls to days later.
She isn’t honest one day she texts you and says everything is good with buyers and they are soiled and then schedule inspection and when they did inspections the buyers pulled out! When keep in mind inspection was at 10 am and then never returned our texted or calls till 9 pm that night telling us they have cold feet and want to reschedule the inspection for Thursday. So Thursday time was good to go and to find out Thursday she didn’t do the inspection it was another buyer for our home. We got another offer on our home. Keep in mind first home offer was never closed!
Then they were giving us a hard time for the Ernest money on first buyer still haven’t received that back and it’s been two weeks!
We wanted information on a well and septic and all we get is it is personal documents and we had to find that out on our own cause she didn’t want to find out the information and get it back to us!
We have tried to call Kathy Shires the closing manager and she is just as bad is says she will call you back never does!
Then we talked to Todd the head manager and he says he will find out answers and will call us back that was weeks ago and still haven’t heard nothing back!
Nia has been caught in a lot of lies telling us everything is good with the buyers of our house and telling us days after someone drops out of our home sale the buyers walked! Then telling us the sellers of the house we are buying is going to be in town Monday and hearing they aren’t coming till Friday!
To top it off my lender has called her to do the finishing closing on the home we are buying and they can’t get ahold of nia either had to call the sellers agent for answers that’s sad!
With this being all said I wouldn’t recommend his company at all there is big time communication and a lot or errors!
