I've attend 1808 for about 3 months now and have found all the coaches to be knowledgeable in their craft. There is always clear instruction on the workouts and movements to ensure everyone is doing the workout properly and at their own skill/fitness level. Highly recommend Crossfit 1808 if your looking for a Crossfit gym in the area.
