We would not even give them a one star rating. They we're here a total of one and one half hours. They charged us 160.00 for nothing. They could not locate frozen water pipe in our basement. Their camera did not even work we actually gave them four triple A batteries so they could look for the frozen water pipe. They left without any success. The next day we found the pipe on our own, called them to report an emergency situation because the pipe fractured and flooded our family room. They did not bother to call us back for three hours. The man who answered the phone was rude and told us that he has plenty of business and they would not come back to finsh the job unless we paid them another 150.00 dollars. I would never recommend this business. They made us feel completely unimportant to them after being without water for five days!!!!!! They could care less about their customers.
