Ate breakfast here yesterday and was very disappointed in the food and service. Food was undercooked and the server was lousy. Specifically asked her what was included in the platter I ordered. Upon receiving my check, I found out she had charged me extra for the things, that suppoedly were to be included. This was not an honest mistake, as I first thought. When I brought the problem to her attention, she denied the fact that she had informed me wrong, Even though two other people at the table had heard her. Management was made aware of the situation and informed me they would take care of it this time, but would charge extra the next time, ( as if they were doing me a favor, by covering the server's back, for the misinformation ). Long story short, watch how you order, and expect to have to send your food back to the kitchen.
