We have used this place fo 3 years, and yes they have occasional problems with a broken gate and it can take weeks for it to be fixed. Lately it has been fine, but the biggest problem here is the moon crater surface. There is no way around the enormous pot holes - some 10-12 feet across and 2 feet deep and spaced all over. Every year rent goes up- in 2014 we paid $95 in 2014 and now in 2017 it's $135. But the money sure isn't going to pave the lot.
