So far, I'm very unpleased with the Customer Service... The two receptionist at the Window are very unpleasant and unprofessional! Asked them for their guest password and the reply was I don't know... And did not attempt to get me the password. Not to mention, she looks like a Man... Not a good look for first point of contact for a business establishment. My suggestion, would be to train the Front Desk on how to be inviting, courteous, professional and most importantly Look like your coming to work.
