Dr. Kurt Avery, MD

I have reason to believe that Dr. Avery may have been negligent regarding medications that he has prescribed. He had prescribed numerous medications that are contraindicated and interact with one another for someone I know. It is careless and irresponsible and absolutely unsafe. I would not personally have him as my physician.
