Express Lane Oil Change

Got the services that I bought but I forgot to tell them to give me the usual free tire rotation service. Thought they knew what they were doing but I guess not.

My wife has been going there for the last fours and absolutely loves the service and technicians that are employed there. They go above and beyond their duties. John talks to her in simple and easy terms that she can understand and that makes her feel great. She loves his customer service. He doesn't recommend or push services on her. She can't see herself going anywhere else cause of the service she receives there. Chris according to her is experienced as a manager should be. Talks to her like family and not just a everyday customer. Keep up the great work guys.
