Family Dental Care

They are horrible with paper work. I needed work done on a root canal that I could only have done at the OSU collage of Dentistry and they kept scything the sent the paper work when they really never did, I had to have them print it off and drive it to columbus. After my apt in columbus I needed a new crown on my tooth, I had to get approval from my insurance for the work. I took the paperwork from Columbus to Family Dental Care as soon as I was done with my procedure. They told me they would send the paper work out tomorrow and it could take 1 month to get a reply. Over 1 month passes and I have not heard anything, so I call only to find out they never sent the paperwork to my insurance! This place is ran by a bunch of idiots! Don't waste your time or money.
