The driver did not even attempt to deliver our package before marking it “could not deliver.” (We were standing outside and watched him drive right past.) When we called to complain, the person in the store was rude, dismissive and did not address the problem. They have also completely lost/never delivered a package of ours that was sent through them. This Fedex appears to be woefully mismanaged, so if you ever have a choice, don’t let them handle your packages.
