Refused to notarize a loan paper for us because it wasn't a 5th 3rd loan. PNC did it no problem and didn't have an account with them. Do now. PNC ATM's are easier to find with them being in all the UDF's. Never thought 5th 3rd was very friendly or customer service friendly. Check out PNC.
