Took a Craftsman 4 cycle grass cutter in for repair. The local Sears store recommended Forts. The ladies at the counter were pleasant as was the owner. Unfortunately their young mechanic is not so good at repairs or maybe he just doesn't care. It was in their shop for more than two weeks. He topped the gas tank off and added some oil and claimed it functioned properly - Not so ! It needed a new carburetor but he was too busy working on a truck to take the time to work on my grass cutter. I was charged $45 for basically fixing nothing. I took my weed cutter to Ed Ramsey at Appleseed Mower Repair in Mansfield, Ohio and he instantly diagnosed the problem as needing a new carburetor. Sorry to say, but I would NOT recommend Forts for small engine repair. Go with Ed Ramsey, he's honest and reliable and charges a fair price....Oh and did I mention, he gets the job done.
