I attended Greentown United Methodist Church while growing up and then left for a few years while attending college in another state. Starting back at Greentown was just as wonderful as I had remembered. A relatively small congregation, but lots of lovely people who have done much to spread the word of God and who truly care not only about the families of the church, but also about spreading the word of God's love throughout the community. Many changes in presentation of the word and music have come and gone throughout the last several years,some good and some bad, but always the focus is on a better way of learning God's word and serving from the heart. Not a modern day mega church, but clearly a church where one that you can get involved in the work of the Lord and reverently worship and feel his love. Come give it a try and you be the judge!
