I wasn't impressed by this guy and glad he cancelled the night before work was to begin. For the first meeting, he was late and I had to call to confirm if he was even still coming. Once he did arrive he rushed through the meeting. The second meeting he was late, had to call again, then he cancelled saying he had to go to the hospital. After trying to get ahold of him many times, we set up a time that only worked for him (can't be in the evenings as he doesn't do this full time). When I confirmed our meeting the night before, he said he was sorry but he would no longer be doing the work. Also, don't bother asking for pictures - he hasn't taken any in the 30 years he's been doing this, if you can believe that.
