Working with them has been a breeze. Customer service always on point. I love my home security system. Somehow, my cats set off my motion sensor when I was out of state recently. I got the alert, but did not know if anything was wrong. I waited just a couple of minutes and they called me. I had to prompt them to send the police to take a look. The were very quick to do that. Thankfully, I did get a hold of a neighbor who was able to make sure my home was secure. I feel very secure in my home. I am glad I went with a local company and not ATT as well if their cable customer service is any indication of what I would have had to deal with for security. At least I know I can always promptly reach someone. Great sales too.
