Hampton Inn Columbus/Dublin

HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE We were required to stay here for a soccer tournament. We tried to cancel one of our nights 10 days in advance. When talking to customer service they were not willing to cancel the one night. We were unable to arrive Friday because our youngest daughter was making her confirmation. The manager told us if we cancelled and rebooked it would jeopardize the teams tournament. So much for a discount the one night is cost us $345. We have 6 kids all who do soccer this hotel is the ONLY one who would not accommodate us. Horrible customer service! I will be sure to do my 1 nights stay in word of mouth advertising! Hampton inn you be ashamed at taking advantage of Hard working people!!!
