Called to order a rectifier for my 06gsxr and the guy said he's not a Suzuki dealer and he wouldn't order that trash. Great customer service and a good way to get business. Damn idiot.

Well yet again the ottowa shop has saves the day. No thanks to the dumbass in lima named Tim. Skip the lima store all they wana do is sell ya parts that should be under warranty. Not only has ottowa saved the day again for me. They have went way out of thier way to make sure i was happy. Even staying late to explain in detail what my issues where.
