Terrible experience and they will not let me out. Holding me hostage in contract while home sits on the market collecting dust. Gwen, the manager in assuming, was put on a phone call with me through the realtor I hired(who's done an awful job). I got maybe 3 words in before she overtalked me asking "what miracle do you want us to do to get your home sold?" Baffled, I simply wanted to know if we could be released. I was then threatened by her, telling me I will be paying two commissions if I chose to leave them. I then asked her am I stuck. She then asked me what I wanted to do. Confused, I went ahead and politely ended the phone call, getting nothing done in almost ten minutes.
I want out of my contract and currently cannot get out. I was told my home was going to sell fast in an eager market. The price has been lowered and my realtor has to be contacted for updates that magically happen to come once I ask for them. Total waste of time and I'll still have to put it back on the market if I ever get out of this contract. Should've went with Keller Williams. Stay far away. WARNING.
