My son started his first account the y set up the over withdraw feature after we stated we did not want this feature being this is his first time. Well they did it anyway and when he went to get his check they took all of it in overdraft fees!!! I tried several times to get a hold of the man who set up the account just to find out he's been moved to another branch. Be careful with this untrained staff it's been 3 weeks and still trying to straighten this out! I highly recommend another location and maybe another bank slow and non caring facilitie
