Sat and held up the line in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes due to a SIMPLE address change. After a mumbling manager asks for a different form of ID, he then proceeds to question me, and then tells me to move forward and come inside. For what? Another 20 minutes to change an address which could have simply been done over the speaker or online on their app? No, thank you. It has never been a problem before, but, of course, lets keep up with the inconsistency in this establishment. Unnecessary rudeness, delay, and terrible attitudes.
