IHOP

Worst experience at an iHop. Waited for over 15 minutes and had to ask where our waitress was. Then she (Joan) finally got down our drinks and food and it took at least 30 minutes to get the order. There were only two other tables in our section. My sister ordered 2 blueberry pancakes without the blueberry topping, instead got 4 with the topping. My mom ordered 2 blueberry pancakes but got regular. She tried to change it which took a while longer. I was done with almost my whole meal & still didn't have my drink or hot sauce. When it finally came out she said hold on just one second let me go grab you a straw. Left, came back and helped the other two tables and never gave me a straw. But she did bring us two to-go boxes which she came back later and was extremely confused as to how they got there, when she gave them to us not long before. It wasn't very busy, if our orders came out right then all of this could have been avoided. We ended up being there for an hour and a half, too long for a quick brunch.

This new location has been great, we have been there twice since we it opened already. Staff is friendly and the food is great. This will likely continue to be our go to Sunday breakfast location.
