Came home from a weekend trip and had no heat. Called in and the ansewering service had Doug Jackson call me back. He was here in 30 min, diagnosed, and made a quick repair. Jackson has always delivered superior customer service and I would recommend you give them a call. They have never let me down. Great job Doug!

I was completely overwhelmed with how wonderful Jackson Comfort Heating & Cooling Systems was. Every aspect of the experience of the service call, from the customer service young woman I spoke with to the technician who worked on my furnace, couldn't have been better. And, the bill was more than reasonable. I have an oil heater which limits the companies who can provide service but that is really beside the point. Several companies have worked on the 2 systems I had in my home over the past 18 years and I wish I had known about Jackson sooner. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, kind, considerate and efficient as was the young lady who took my call and provided the courtesy of letting me know the technician was on his way. Don't waste time making calls to other HVAC companies. Just call Jackson!
