I ordered a pair of tennis shoes last Thursday that said they had them in stock and texted me that I could pick up after 3 . The money was put on hold right away. I went to customer service and was told they couldn't fulfill the order so they cancelled it. The employee behind the counter ( Pam) was very short with me and not very friendly. What I'm upset about is the money is still pending after 5 days and I can't get an answer to when they will drop it off my account. They sure didn't waste anytime putting a hold on it
