Once again, I reminded myself today why I usually go to Lee's. Is this KFC ever ready to serve a customer? At 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon there isn't even one extra-crispy breast for the only customer in the drive-thru and possibly in the entire restaurant. And after saying twice while ordering that I only wanted extra-crispy chicken, I was informed AFTER I paid that there were no breasts ready. This is not the first time something like this has happened but I guess it should be the last. It's KFC for heaven's sake! We shouldn't have to call ahead to order a three-piece extra crispy meal!
